![]() The casino manager will ALWAYS tell you that the cash game is a $2-$5 game but you can easily talk them down to making it $1-$2. There will often be a cash game but I have never seen any other kind of tournament. I have never seen any other kind of poker tournament on board a Royal Caribbean ship. ![]() The cost of these tournaments is $75.plus any rebuys and add-ons that you desire to purchase. If they do NOT generate enough funds throughout the qualifying process, they will just give out cash prizes for the final tournament winners. There are a number of qualifying tournaments throughout the cruise which will culminate in the final tournament for the cruise, usually on the last sea day. If they have enough entrants and re-buys (i.e., if they generate enough money to cover the cost of the "free" cruise) then the winner of the ship's tournament will win a "free" cruise and an entrance into the Royal Poker Tour Tournament (usually held in early December on one of the big ships) with the second and third places receiving cash prizes They pay as many places as they have entrance money to cover. The ships still do the satellite tournaments for the Royal Poker Tour.
